The language of flowers, sometimes called floriography, was a Victorian – era means of sending a message, in which various flowers and floral arrangements were used. Allowing individuals to express their feelings through the flowers they selected. We have added a new page to the website with some of the meanings that have become attached to certain flowers. Some like the red rose are quite well known, others are a real surprise. It adds a fun dimension too when you are planning your special event.
